If you need fast shipping, we can make it happen. We offer standard shipping sitewide using UPS/FedEx services. Shipping speeds are typically 5 to 8 business days. For larger items or special requirements, we can also provide freight truck shipping when needed.

RETURNS

• Return Timeframe: We accept returns within 15 days from the date of purchase.
• Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unopened packaging. Opened items are not eligible for a refund.
• Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
• Sealed Products: If the seal on the product packaging is broken, the item is not eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return, please ensure the following:

• Contact us within 15 days of receiving the item to notify us of the return request.
• The original invoice must be included in the return package.

Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its eligibility, we will process the refund, excluding the original shipping costs and restocking fee.
